11. Warranty

Indianapolis Paint Pros provides a warranty on workmanship as described in your service agreement. Standard warranty terms include:

• Residential Interior: 2-year warranty on peeling, flaking, or blistering due to application defects.
• Residential Exterior: 3-year warranty on peeling, flaking, or blistering due to application defects.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by the customer, third parties, or pets
• Damage from structural movement, settling, or water intrusion
• Fading due to UV exposure
• Surfaces not prepared or painted by Indianapolis Paint Pros
• Failure of underlying substrates or previous coatings

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing during the warranty period.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations before work begins: Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
• Cancellations after work begins: You are responsible for payment for work completed and materials purchased.
• Refunds: Processed within 10 business days of approved cancellation.

13. User Content and Reviews

You may submit content such as reviews, testimonials, or feedback. You keep ownership of that content but grant Indianapolis Paint Pros a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it for marketing and promotional purposes.
